The Aurora fishery in Kolberg is located in the middle of the Dahme lakes - a family business that stands for quality, regionality and genuine handcraft in the sixth generation. Here, fishing is still carried out using traditional methods before the fresh fish is smoked over alder wood. The on-site shop offers a varied range of fresh and smoked fish products - directly from its own production. Those interested also have the opportunity to take a short tour to find out how the fishery works. Fishing licences are also available in the shop.
